2. The use, disclosure, retention and safety of your personal information is set by this Privacy Policy. Secured under the personal data protection act and other laws set by the of the Republic of Lithuania.
3. Personal information submitted to DELTACO through our website will be used for the purposes specified in this policy or on the relevant pages of the website.

5.2. Under aged people (14-18 years old) who have their parents, adoptive parents or guardians consent, except the cases where under aged person can freely dispose his/her own earnings or scholarships.

VI. Amendments
15. DELTACO may update this policy from time to time by publishing a new version on our website.
16. Updates or changes of privacy policy become valid from the day they are posted in the system.
17. If you disagree with the new changes of Privacy Policy you can refuse to accept it (by email help@deltaco.lv, or by post DELTACO, MakesYouLocal, Kr. Valdemāra iela 16, LV-1010, Rīga) with the condition that you lose all rights to use the online shop services.
18. If you continue using our services after Privacy Policy updates or changes, it is understood as your acceptance to the new regulations.
